“The photos don't match reality. There is no elevator, I carried my large bag upstairs into a room that really needs a refresh. The carpet is gross, furniture old, bathroom untouched in days. I prepaid, otherwise I would have just went to a different hotel. I believe I was the ONLY guest they had - no other cars in the parking lot. “Our room did not have a shower curtain and the coffee pod was used. We asked for a curtain and never received one. Breakfast was great however”

“The people running this place are wonderful. The hotel itself is rundown, old bedding, old linens. Old furniture. The swimming pool is full of black things instead of water. Just very old needs updated but the property management were very kind people. ”

“They charge my more money for the night because they said you guys paid less and I needed to pay more once I got there, I show that I pay the total amount and they continue to said that I needed to pay if I wanted the room, also they didn’t want to give a receipt or what they charge me ”
